Sexual Harassment Policy
Effective: July 18, 2024
1. Purpose
NP One Source is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals associated with our organization. This policy prohibits sexual harassment in any form and establishes procedures for reporting and addressing such conduct. Every person has the right to participate in our community free from harassment, intimidation, and discrimination.
2. Definition
Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, physical, or visual conduct of a sexual nature when such conduct creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment, interferes with an individual's ability to participate in our services, or is made a condition of participation. This policy applies regardless of the gender or sexual orientation of the individuals involved.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Verbal Conduct
Prohibited verbal conduct includes making sexual comments, jokes, or innuendos; discussing sexual activities; using sexually explicit language; making unwanted compliments of a sexual nature; or pressuring individuals for dates or sexual favors.
Physical Conduct
Prohibited physical conduct includes unwanted touching, patting, pinching, or brushing against another person's body; blocking someone's movement; or any other unwanted physical contact of a sexual nature.
Visual Conduct
Prohibited visual conduct includes displaying sexually suggestive images, posters, or materials; sending explicit emails, texts, or digital communications; or engaging in leering or obscene gestures.
4. Reporting Procedures
Any individual who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment is encouraged to report it promptly. Reports can be made through the following channels:

- Submit a report through our designated reporting platform
- Speak with a designated representative from NP One Source
All reports will be treated with confidentiality to the extent possible. Retaliation against individuals who report harassment in good faith is strictly prohibited and will itself be grounds for disciplinary action.
5. Investigation
Upon receiving a report of sexual harassment, NP One Source will conduct a prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation. Both the reporting party and the accused will have an opportunity to present relevant information. The investigation will be conducted by trained individuals and completed in a timely manner. If harassment is confirmed, appropriate corrective action will be taken, which may include removal from the platform or other disciplinary measures.
