Code of Conduct

1. Purpose
NP One Source is dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and professional community. This Code of Conduct sets the expectations for behavior for all individuals who use or participate in our platform. Adherence to these standards helps ensure a productive and respectful environment for everyone.
2. Respectful Communication
All participants are expected to communicate with courtesy and respect. This means using inclusive and considerate language, listening actively, and valuing diverse perspectives. Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, and discriminatory language of any kind are not tolerated. Disagreements should be addressed constructively and professionally.
3. Professional Behavior
Participants should conduct themselves in a manner consistent with professional standards. This includes meeting commitments, communicating proactively about challenges or delays, and representing NP One Source accurately and positively in all interactions. Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated in any setting—online or in person.
4. Integrity
Honesty and transparency are fundamental to the NP One Source community. Participants are expected to act with integrity in all dealings, avoid conflicts of interest, and never misrepresent themselves, their credentials, or their affiliations. Fraudulent activity, plagiarism, or any form of deception is strictly prohibited.
5. Confidentiality
Participants must respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the NP One Source platform. This includes personal data of other users, proprietary business information, and any communications shared in confidence. Sharing or disclosing such information without authorization is a violation of this Code and may have legal consequences.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork
We encourage a spirit of collaboration and mutual support. Participants should be willing to share knowledge, offer constructive feedback, and support the goals of the broader NP One Source community. Credit should be given where it is due, and contributions from all members should be acknowledged and valued.
7. Reporting Violations
If you observe or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to NP One Source at info@nponesource.com. All reports will be reviewed confidentially and taken seriously. Retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith is itself a violation of this Code.
8. Consequences of Violations
NP One Source reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code, up to and including suspension or permanent removal from the platform. The severity of the response will be proportional to the nature of the violation and any prior incidents. Our goal is always to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all community members.
